Getting Back to normal

The big girls were helping Brynna bring her ball down to the lane to bowl.


Things are getting back to normal and it is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Reagan for having us to you Birthday Party the girls had a blast.

The girls were all excited to see each other and be able to play again.

Jett and Rusty were trying to decide who was going to be the lucky new owners.

Gill was showing the bus.
Shelly and Keri were laughing at them and I think secretly praying the other would get it.

Some Drank...
And so did others...
Some Played....

All in all things are slowly getting back to normal. Brynna goes back to school on Wednesday the 24th. Brian and I are both back to work. Lots of places are still out of power which makes maneuvering around town a little challenging, but things are coming back on and life must go on.

The Day of IKE

We made it through and very happy to be outside without the wind knocking us down.

The neighbors were so nice and came over to help Brian and Papa patch up the 3 wholes in the roof.

Brynna was and is very upset about her swing set. I think she has asked everyone who has come by if they are going to fix her tree house.
Everything in the attic was wet. Lots of my parents pictures and things have water damage which is the most upsetting to me since I can not get those back.

My advice invest in Rubbermaid Storage Bins. All the things that were inside of those got NO WATER!!

Compared to others we didn't do so bad. We got 3 wholes in the roof, water in hall and both the girls rooms. We lost our fence and the girls swing set. We are now all sharing a room which in the end is going to cause a whole new set of issues, but we are doing great.

We have already had the adjuster come out and are working on bids.

All spirits were high before the big storm no worries. We are riding it out!! We got together with Mike, Julie and their girls and Rusty, Keri and their girls. We were all staying and perparing to ride it out. The men were all just perparing they kept saying it isn't going to hit us that bad. Boy were they WRONG!!

Were to begin?? Another successful trip!! Things were very HOT, but we managed to have lots and lots of fun.

A big break was needed after our first week back to school.

The police came this time except no beers went flying under the trailers. Just a weather update.
Daddy was supposed to be putting Bella down. I am not sure who was out first.

The big girls on the camping trip had a lot of fun trying to stay away from the sun it was very, very HOT out.
Bella boo made it through the weekend with only 2 accidents we are well on our way to being potty trained.

As you can see it was a late last night for lots of us. More intense Washers, no injuries.
Lots of laughs and singing going on. Sure hope you guys that went to bed early enjoyed our singing if not hope you weren't kept up to late.

This was great trip. We were all very tired when we finally got home. After searching for a phone and replacing a fuse in old Betsy. Thanks for all the good memories and laughs.
